The system

The Marketing Impact OS. How we inspect, plan, run and improve your marketing, week after week.

Your numbers sit in six tools, your agency reports on its own channel, and nobody connects the two. The Marketing Impact OS is the marketing operating system behind every engagement. It is AI-native: your data, your team and your vendors in one system, reported on continuously, run through four steps on repeat.

The loop: Inspect, Ideate, Implement, Iterate.

Every engagement runs the same four steps, on repeat. A pass never ends at a report. It ends with changes live in market and fresh numbers, and those numbers start the next pass.

  • Inspect: measure what is actually happening in every channel, page, form, call and sale. Find what drives revenue and what leaks it.
  • Ideate: turn the findings into options, estimate what each is worth and rank them.
  • Implement: put the top moves live through your team, our team and AI.
  • Iterate: read results against the baseline, keep what works, and feed what we learned into the next inspection.

The seven dimensions it measures.

Marketing results rest on seven connected dimensions. We score each from 1 to 5, because the weakest one usually sets the ceiling for the rest. Here is what we look at first in each.

  • Strategy: whether the budget split matches where your best customers actually come from.
  • Data: whether the ad platform, analytics and CRM agree on how many leads you got last month.
  • Friction: how long a new lead waits for a call back, and how many forms, calls or carts never finish.
  • Process: whether each launch has an owner and a date, or lives in someone's inbox.
  • People: whether each agency and vendor has a number to hit, and who checks it.
  • Technology: which tools you pay for, which ones pass data to each other, and which ones nobody opens.
  • Communication: whether your report ends with a decision or just a pile of charts.

Everything from first click to closed sale.

Most marketing reviews look at one channel at a time. We look at every stage a customer passes through, because a problem in one stage usually shows up as a symptom in the next.

  • Demand: ads, search, referrals and reviews that bring people to you.
  • Destinations: your website and landing pages, where interest turns into intent.
  • Conversions: the forms, calls and checkouts where a visitor becomes a lead or a buyer.
  • CRM: leads, sales and customers, followed through to revenue and repeat business.
  • Tracking at every step, so each stage can be measured against the one after it.
  • Retargeting that brings back people who left before they bought.

AI-native: your data, team and vendors in one system.

Most companies keep their numbers in one place, their team's work in another and their vendors' reports in a third. The OS pulls all three into one system and reports on it continuously, not once a month. We make the decisions: priorities, budget, what to cut. Your team does the work that needs real knowledge of your customers. AI does the repeatable work: first drafts, reporting, monitoring and routine optimization.

The result is speed. A call made in Tuesday's review can be live by Friday, instead of waiting for next quarter's planning cycle.

Why we run it continuously instead of writing one plan.

A one-off strategy describes your market on the day it was written. It starts aging the next morning. Ad costs move. A competitor changes its offer. A form breaks. Your best salesperson quits. A plan nobody revisits keeps steering by conditions that are gone.

A continuous system catches those changes while they're small. Because the OS inspects again on every pass, a dip in conversion or a jump in cost per lead becomes a decision that week, not a surprise in the quarterly review. Gains compound too, since each round starts from a better baseline.

A Roadmap built for each industry, one system at every tier.

We build the Marketing Impact Roadmap for each industry we serve, around the goal that matters there. Law firms: more signed cases. Home services: more booked jobs. Healthcare practices: new patients who stay. DTC brands: a lower cost to win each customer and a higher repeat rate. What changes by service is who runs the OS: you in the Academy, you with our counsel in Advisory or a Board Member seat, or us in the Retainer, Manager and Team.

The four I's

Inspect, ideate, implement, iterate.

Four steps, on repeat, every week, until you hit your goal.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1 and 2

    Inspect

We score all seven dimensions of your marketing. Then we trace every lead, call and order back to revenue.

Now you can see what's working and what's leaking, source by source.

    What you get

A dashboard of spend, leads, results and cost per result by source.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3 and 4

    Ideate

We price each fix in the result you care about: signed cases, booked jobs, new patients or new customers. Then we rank them.

Every move gets a number, an owner and a date before any money moves.

    What you get

A ranked plan, with the expected gain of each move per month.

  3. 03

From week 5, biggest fix first

    Implement

We launch with your team, your vendors or ours: campaigns, pages, intake, automations and reporting.

The biggest fix goes first. You can see who owns each task, when it's due and whether it's done.

    What you get

A work list with an owner, a due week and a status on every task.

  4. 04

Every week, with a review every 90 days

    Iterate

Every week we read the numbers, keep what works and cut what doesn't.

Every 90 days we review the results with you and make the next call. Then the loop runs again, until you hit your goal.

    What you get

A 90-day review against your starting numbers that ends in the next decision.

How to start

Get your score, then choose where to start.

The assessment and the call cost nothing. Then you make two choices: how to begin, and how much of the work we do. Most clients begin with the Roadmap.

Option 01DIY

Do it yourself.

You run the OS. Our templates and 48-hour answers back you up.

No Roadmap needed.

Option 02DWY

Done with you.

You run it. We review the big decisions with you.

Starts from the Roadmap or your own plan.

Option 03DFY

Done for you.

We run it for you, working from the Roadmap or Roadmap + Installation.

Roadmap + Installation

Roadmap + Installation: the full OS in place in 90 days.

The Roadmap tells you what to fix and in what order. Installation puts the system in place so it keeps running after we step back, in the tools you already use wherever they hold up. Here is each dimension and what goes in.

  1. Dimension 01Marketing strategy

Who you serve, what you offer, where every dollar should go, written into one plan that ranks every move.

  2. Dimension 02Marketing data

One set of numbers everyone trusts, tied to revenue: tracking on every form, call and sale, on one scorecard.

  3. Dimension 03Funnel friction and CRO

Every place a lead, call or cart is lost between the ad and the sale, found and closed in your funnel and CRM.

  4. Dimension 04Marketing process

How work moves from idea to launch, with an owner and a date, run in a weekly meeting with if-then rules.

  5. Dimension 05Marketing team

The right team, agencies and vendors, each held to a scorecard, with a named owner on every recurring task.

  6. Dimension 06Marketing technology

A connected stack, every tool earning its cost and passing data cleanly from ads to website to CRM.

  7. Dimension 07Marketing communication

Reporting that tells you what to do next, and one message across your ads, pages and sales calls.

The 90 days

The Roadmap in weeks 1 to 4, installation after, handover by day 90.

We install in the order the Roadmap sets. The fixes worth the most go in first.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1 and 2

    Inspect

We open your accounts, talk with everyone who touches marketing and score all seven dimensions.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3 and 4

    Ideate

We size each fix, agree the order with you and plan the installation one move at a time.

  3. 03

    After the Roadmap

    Install

We put the OS in one dimension at a time, starting with tracking, because every later call depends on it.

  4. By day 90

    Hand over

Your team owns the system. The scorecard review and the if-then rules are already running.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is a marketing operating system?

A repeatable way to run marketing: how decisions get made, how work moves, how results get measured and how the next move gets picked. The Marketing Impact OS is ours. It runs Inspect, Ideate, Implement and Iterate across seven dimensions, on repeat, until you hit your goal.

Is the Marketing Impact OS a piece of software?

It's a method first, run on software and AI. The core is the loop, the seven dimensions, the scorecard and the playbooks. We install it in the tools you already use where they hold up, connect tracking, reporting and workflows, and add AI wherever it can do repeatable work reliably.

Do I need to replace my current marketing tools?

Usually not. What matters is whether your tools connect and report accurately, not which brand they are. During inspection we check how your ad platforms, analytics, website and CRM pass data to each other. We recommend replacing a tool only when it blocks a fix worth more than the cost of switching.

Which services use the Marketing Impact OS?

All of them. In the Academy you learn to run it yourself. Advisory and the Board Member seat apply it to your biggest decisions. The Retainer, Marketing Manager and Marketing Team run it for you. Most clients start with the Marketing Impact Roadmap, alone or with installation.

What is Roadmap + Installation?

The Marketing Impact Roadmap followed by installing the OS across all seven dimensions, in 90 days. The Roadmap takes weeks 1 to 4. Then we set up tracking, your funnel and CRM, the meeting rhythm and if-then rules, team roles, the tech stack and your messaging. Your team takes it over with the weekly review running.
