The Marketing Impact Roadmap. A ranked plan for your marketing, built from your own accounts in about four weeks.

You pay for ads, an agency, a website and a CRM. Nobody can tell you which one is losing the most money. In about four weeks we open your real accounts, inspect all seven dimensions and hand you a marketing roadmap: every fix in order, with an owner, a budget and a date.

What changes once the Roadmap is done.

You stop guessing what to fix first. The budget split, the website, who calls new leads back: each question gets an answer and a place in line. Your team works from one ranked list instead of five opinions. Spend moves toward what the numbers show is working. When implementation starts, every move already has an owner, a budget and a date. You keep the plan and every template, whoever runs it next.

Deliverables

What you have at the end of week four.

  • 01Seven-dimension inspection

We score strategy, data, friction, process, people, technology and communication from your ad accounts, CRM, reports and recorded sales calls. A questionnaire alone misses too much.

  • 02Tracking audit

We check that every lead, call and sale is counted once and credited to the right source. Duplicate leads and missing calls are what we find most. The plan has to rest on numbers your team trusts.

  • 03Funnel walk-through

We go through your marketing the way a buyer does: search, ad, page, form, phone, CRM. We mark every spot where a ready buyer stalls or leaves.

  • 04Ranked fix list

Every move gets an order, an owner and an estimate of what it's worth. Your next dollar goes where it returns the most.

  • 05The implementation plan

Every move in sequence with its owner, budget and date, plus the people, tools and spend it needs. Work can start the week after, not the quarter after.

  • 06Iteration cadence

The scorecard, the reporting cadence and the if-then rules for when a number moves. Your team can run it in-house or with us.

How it works

How the four weeks run.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1 and 2

    Inspect

We get access to your ad accounts, analytics, website and CRM. We interview everyone who touches marketing, then score all seven dimensions from what we find.

    What you get

A scored assessment of all seven dimensions and a dashboard of what each source costs and returns.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3 and 4

    Ideate

We turn the findings into options and size each one. You see the tradeoffs and agree the order before any budget or work is committed.

    What you get

A ranked plan, with the expected gain of each move and the order you agreed.

  3. 03

    Planned in week 4

    Implement

Every move gets an owner, a budget and a date. Tracking repairs go first, because every later decision depends on counting results correctly. Then you choose who runs it.

    What you get

A work plan with an owner, a budget and a due date on every move.

  4. 04

    Designed in week 4

    Iterate

We set the scorecard, the review rhythm and the rule for keeping or cutting each test. Results get read against a baseline from the first week.

    What you get

A scorecard, a weekly review rhythm and a 90-day review against your week 1 baseline.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How long does the Marketing Impact Roadmap take?

About four weeks. Inspect runs in weeks 1 and 2. Ideate runs in weeks 3 and 4, and we present the finished Roadmap at the end of week 4. Slow account access can push it back a few days. Implementation starts the week after, under whichever option you pick.

What does a marketing roadmap cost?

It depends on scope: how many channels, locations and systems we have to inspect. One website and two ad channels is less work than a multi-location business on a custom CRM. Prices aren't on the site. The Roadmap is quoted as a fixed project once the free assessment call shows us the scope.

Do I need the Roadmap if I choose the Fractional CMO Retainer?

Yes. The Retainer, the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Team all work from the Roadmap, so they start with it, alone or as Roadmap + Installation. Advisory is the exception. It can start from your own written plan once we've reviewed it. The Academy needs no Roadmap.

What if my marketing numbers are a mess?

That's normal, and it's part of the job. Broken tracking, duplicate leads and reports that disagree with each other come up in almost every inspection. We fix measurement first, then build the ranked plan on the corrected numbers.

Is the Roadmap just a strategy document?

No. It's a plan your team can run: every move in order with an owner, a budget and a date, what each one needs, and the operating rhythm that keeps it improving. The Roadmap doesn't include doing the work. Your team can run it with the Academy, we can install it in 90 days, or we can run it for you as your Retainer, Manager or Team.

Can you install it for us?

Yes. Roadmap + Installation takes 90 days. Weeks 1 to 4 are the Roadmap. Then we install the Marketing Impact OS across all seven dimensions: tracking, CRM, meeting rhythm, roles, tech stack and messaging. You get it back with the weekly review already running. You can also take the Roadmap alone and install it with your own people.
